Conceptial provides new age tools to calibrate the competencies and three stage verification to ensure most objective evaluation. After going through the assessment centre experience, each individual receives a consolidated report, along with a detailed Individual Development Plan (for DC). Concepial identifies the addressee's  strengths and individual development needs, and provides specific suggestions to work on them. In order to help create specialized capabilities within our client L&D team, we train them in the design and implementation of such development centre
